I design language-first systems that are intuitive, useful, and grounded in user needs.
I've applied my skillset at Visa, World Fuel Services, and Indiana University's Luddy School of Informatics, Computing & Engineering.
Currently, I’m a Conversation UX Designer at Five9, where I work with enterprise clients to build intelligent voice and chat assistants through hands-on design and strategic consulting.
Outside of work, I spend my time playing guitar, reading, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
